UNIQUE/SPECIAL PROGRAMS
Charter Oak holds no traditional classes, although many video- and internet-based courses are available. Students earn credits based on Charter Oak faculty evaluation of courses transferred from regionally accredits colleges and universities, some noncollegiate sponsored instruction, college-level tests, special assessment, contract learning, and portfolio assessment. Degrees are offered at both the associate and baccalaureate levels.
